How to use The Stay Well Period Patch
Wash your hands before applying. Peel off the patch backing. Apply patch to a clean, dry, area with little or no hair (like your hip or wrist) and wear for up to 24 hours. Discard after use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Do not apply to cut, irritated or sensitive skin. Do not use in combination with other topical creams. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
How to use the Heat Relief Patch
Adhere the patch to the outside of your underwear, and enjoy up to eight hours of soothing heat. Remove the patch before going to sleep. Never apply the patch directly to your skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
